Our signature range of upcycled timber chopping boards are made from high-quality recycled Australian hardwood offcuts, saved from the projects and pieces we make here at Thor’s Hammer. We make new offcuts chopping boards and cheeseboards regularly.
Our larger chopping boards are usually made from furniture and kitchen benchtop offcuts, while our smaller cheeseboards are made from ridge boards, a structural roof timber.
Regardless of which size and timber species you choose, each of these boards are completely unique, finished with food safe grapeseed oil, and are available in a range of species, such as ironbark, spotted gum, ash and blackbutt.
